If we’re friends on Facebook, then you’re familiar with my weekly brain dumps, a random collection of a fraction of the thoughts in my head throughout the previous week. Most times they’re funny, sometimes they’re reflective, sometimes they’re observations, and sometimes they are “did she really say that” moments. If this is your first encounter with my brain dumps, welcome! The comments and conversation is the best part, so don’t be scared to join in!
Here we go, this week’s brain dump:
- I get my brows threaded, tinted, and sometimes laminated. Meanwhile hubby has amazing brows with no extra help and lush lashes too. So unfair!
- Riding 2 hrs and driving 2 hrs are separate things!
- Knowing of and knowing someone are totally different.
- Why did the Unknown Number mom have to have my name, just making all of our namesakes look cray cray!!!
- Buying things and taking trips on credit, getting into debt isn’t a flex. My dear sweet mama was the store credit card queen. I had a few myself, following her footsteps. But thankfully I’m credit card debt free now. Parents do the best they can, but sometimes we have to unlearn certain things when you know better.
- The people who were claiming to suddenly have become stock trading experts sure have been quiet lately 🤔
- Hugs sure make a lot of things better!
- Since my shorts still fit this summer, I have high hopes for my jeans 🤞🏽
- In my mind, when I take my braids out, my hair will be down my back 🤣 wishful thinking!
- Sorry not sorry, but when we lose some people, I can always think of other people who the Lord could have taken that would be easier to accept…
- Florists have got to have to highest markup in any business! Flowers don’t even cost that much to grow, sheesh!
- The parents were doing yoga in my dream last night 🤔
