Happy Monday y’all!
This week’s brain dump:
- Just curious, do y’all moisturize your ears?? Never even noticed before last week, but one day I noticed hubby’s ears were glistening and we started talking about me not ever moisturizing mine 😂 I mean, I just never thought of it before. That got me to thinking, are mine gonna look old, dry & wrinkly ahead of schedule since I haven’t been doing that??
- It is not ok to make others feel bad or guilty about their blessings. What God had for you is for you.
- Serious and heavy question, but how do interracial relationships work where one person very proudly and loudly supports racism. My mind just can’t make sense of how that could ever work. And for the record, just because your children have less pigmentation, they’re still black if one parent is black 🤷🏽♀️
- One reason I don’t like watching things with subtitles is because I have to pay too close of attention. Can’t even look away because you gotta be reading the whole time 😂
- Some people need to use the good sense that God gave us and be quiet sometimes. Minding your business is underrated.
- Kicked off soup season last week with potato. Delish!
- We’re witnessing some very unchristian-like behavior from the most sanctified folks these days 👀
- I bought a below the knee dress the other day 👀 If you know me, know me, you understand that is totally not like me. But it’s so cute!
- People are getting meaner and meaner.
- Random things I remember about the parents, like my mama would scratch her back with ANYTHING. Clothes hangers, scissors, knives…you name it 😂
- Happiness don’t necessarily live in bigger houses, but sweet baby Jesus, this little 1200 something square foot house is bursting at the seams and I’m ret ta go somewhere else! Before all the realtors pipe up, we do have a plan 😀
