- Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery they say, but I ain’t flattered to see my brain dump idea being duplicated 🤷🏽♀️ you can steal the recipe, but the sauce won’t taste the same!
- Experienced the worst turbulence on the way to our vacay. Never been on a flight where it lasted so long and felt so strong. A lady started hollering and we heard she was laid out in the aisle in the back 👀 and we were close to getting turned around. Whew, but we made it!
- Lots of swirl about possible attacks happening between Christmas and New Year. Y’all be safe out there!
- I avoid looking at Facebook memories during this week. Can’t believe next year, it’ll be a whole decade since we lost my dad. Deaths associated with holidays hit so much different…
- I know you can’t combine Christmas season babies birthday & Christmas gifts, but OMG it’s so hard thinking of two separate gifts for somebody who got everything!
- You know how you meet people and just know you could be super good friends right away? We met the cutest/coolest couple from Scotland on vacay. Made our vacay extra fun. And speaking of meeting people, I felt like Iyanla the way strangers were telling me the most random/messy stuff. Just about every day was like a tele-novella and I was so tickled!
- As always, I’ve loved receiving holiday cards!
- I guess I’m only gonna get to see the lights in my neighborhood this year 😂
- I’m really only on socials these days for funny memes and recipes. Tried one I saw yesterday last night for dinner. It was a stir fry dish, so good I woke up thinking about it, and mad that we didn’t have leftovers 😂
- If no one tells you today, you’re loved and you matter! Check on your peeps, including the “strong” ones.
