Dry body brushing is a thing and you should try it!

Hey y’all! I know it’s been a minute, but I’ve honestly been a smidgen lazy with this blog thing. Anywho, I wanted to share something new I’ve been trying for the last few weeks. Dry body brushing. I heard about it a couple years ago but I never bought a brush. I was in Ulta and saw one a few weeks ago, and for under $5, so I had to buy it! From what I’ve read, body brushing can help detox your skin, reduce cellulite, and of course exfoliate. I can’t speak for all the claims, but y’all, my skin is super soft and smooth! I normally have super dry skin, so I’m definitely crediting the brushing for the improvement in my skin since nothing else has changed.

Here’s the brush I purchased. There are so many choices out there but I liked this one because of the size. I may get another one with a handle so that I can do my back.

It’s recommended that you do it before showering and start at your feet and work your way up. I normally do at least 10 strokes on each area of my body.

Have you guys tried this before? I’m telling you it’s amazing!
