Almost as much as I love to eat, I love to try new recipes. Especially the ones I can make and have plenty of lunch leftovers! This week, that meal was chicken fried rice! It was a little labor intensive for a weeknight meal for me because I love a quick one pot meal, but it was sooooooo very good!
